MANUAL FOR COMPACT PU REMOVAL MACHINE

Wash cycle after polyurethane casting: 
- Air blast – 10 seconds
- Injection of iBiotec^® FAST CLEAN PU 110 for 3/5 seconds
- Air blast – 30 seconds
 (These times are given as an indication; they may vary depending on the nature of the polyurethanes).

The lost casting (referred to as "trash casting") is usually made for several reasons: 
- 1st reason: for the homogeneous mixing of Polyol, isocyanate and (possibly) dyes,
- To prevent air bubbles,
- To eliminate residue in the chamber.

During the wash cycle, the mixing chamber can be positioned above a keg that is equipped with a funnel in order to recover the effluents that can be filtered (6/10 of a mm metallic filter); the mixture can also be decanted over a period of 24 hours.
iBiotec^® FAST CLEAN PU 110 can in this way be re-used up to 4 times in a row, depending on the PU.

Compatible with PTFE seals (tests at 20°C, 80°C and 100°C) and silicone seals.
Avoid using with the following kinds of seals: neoprène, Buna, butyl chorobutyl, Viton.

Usage precautions: store in a sheltered location, in a temperate atmosphere.
